1.What Do I Need to Do Before Using Simplex?
1.1 Complete 2nd-Level KYC Verification
Before using Simplex, ensure your 3EX account has completed the 2nd-Level KYC verification. For details, please refer to: How to Complete KYC Verification(APP)
1.2 Prepare Valid Identification Documents
For your first purchase using Simplex, you'll need to upload an ID card, passport, or driver's license for identity verification. Make sure you have valid documents ready.
2.Simplex Support
If you encounter any issues during the process, refer to Simplex's Help Center, or submit a ticket via Simplex Support for further assistance.
3.How to Buy Cryptocurrency Using Simplex on the 3EX App?
3.1 Open the 3EX App and go to User Center.
3.2 Select the "Buy Crypto" Button
3.3 Enter the Payment Amount and Choose Fiat Currency
If you haven't completed the verification process, click ,Verify Now to complete.
3.4 Choose the Crypto
Currently available coins include:
USDT,BTC,ETH,DOGE,LDO,MANA,MKR,PEPE,SHIB,TRX,UNI,WLD,XRP
3.5 Fill in the Information and Click Next
3.6 Read the pop-up disclaimer carefully. Once confirmed, check I have read and agreed to the disclaimer, and click Buy Crypto Now to proceed to the Simplex page.
3.7 Follow the Instructions on the Simplex page, and enter payment details as prompted, confirm, and check I have read and agreed to the disclaimer. Click Next.
3.8. In the Simplex verification page, enter your billing details as prompted, confirm, and click Next.
3.9 Enter your personal details accurately and click Pay Now to proceed to the payment verification page.
3.10 Open your email inbox, retrieve and enter the verification code, then click Verify.
3.11 For first time users, you need to complete Simplex verification.
- Follow Simplex prompts for identity verification, including:
- ID photos (front and back).
- Personal photo.
- Completing a questionnaire.
3.12 Once the verification is completed, your purchase will be successful.
3.13 You can view transaction records on the Orders or deposit page. Alternatively, check your received assets in Assets > Spot Account.
