3EX Pre-announcement on Upgrade of Service System and Wallet System

Dear 3EX Users,

To enhance our trading system performance and user experience, 3EX will be upgrading the platform's service system and wallet system starting at 16:30 (UTC+8) on January 30th. The upgrade is expected to take approximately 3-4 hours.

The impacts during this upgrade are as follows:

Function Impact
Account
  1. Unable to register
  2. Unable to log in 
  3. Unable to change security settings
Assets
  1. Unable to query account assets
  2. Unable to transfer funds
Futures Trading
  1. Futures trading page will not display K-lines and order books
  2. Unable to conduct futures trading (including adjusting leverage, adding margin, etc.)
  3. Normal and trigger orders will be automatically canceled (including take profit and stop loss)
Spot Trading
  1. Spot trading page will not display K-lines and order books
  2. Unable to conduct spot trading
  3. Orders will be automatically canceled
AI Trading
  1. AI trading functions will be unavailable (including strategy creation, running, stopping, listing, following, unfollowing, manual closing, adjusting investment amount, etc.)
Wallet
  1. Unable to deposit or withdraw funds.
  2. Unable to view deposit and withdrawal records.
  3. Ongoing deposits and withdrawals will be processed after the completion of the wallet upgrade.

 

Note:

  1. For the safety of user assets, further testing will be conducted after the completion of the wallet system upgrade. The services (including ERC20 and TRC20 chain tokens) are expected to resume 2 hours after the completion of the platform's basic service system upgrade. The specific resumption time will be announced separately.
  2. Users' existing positions will not be affected, but it is still recommended that users close positions and cancel orders in advance, or prepare for position risk control to avoid potential liquidation due to extreme market movements during the upgrade.
  3. As signals cannot be received during the upgrade, users are advised to stop AI strategy operations or following before the upgrade to avoid potential liquidation risks.
