3EX has started to optimize and upgrade the ERC20 chain wallet from 4PM (UTC+8) on December 27, 2023, to ensure safer and more efficient asset services for our users. This upgrade will deactivate and update the deposit addresses and tags for related currencies, and is expected to take 3 hours.
Affected currencies:
ETH
USDT（ERC20）
MATIC（ERC20）
MANA
Note:
1. During the wallet upgrade, deposit services for the affected currencies will be suspended, and users will not be able to deposit.
2. During the wallet upgrade, other non-related functions such as login/registration/trading/transfer/account inquiry will not be affected.
3. 3EX strongly recommends that users obtain new deposit addresses and tags after the wallet upgrade is completed, and replace the addresses and tags previously saved in other wallets or platforms.
4. The previous deposit addresses and tags will expire after the wallet upgrade is completed.
5. If users mistakenly deposit assets to the expired address due to a user error or failure to update the deposit address in time, they can contact customer service to retrieve their assets.
