In order to better adapt to the upcoming AI trading feature and improve the performance and experience of the trading system, 3EX started its trading system upgrade on November 27, 2023, at 8:00 AM (UTC+8). The estimated duration for this upgrade is 3 hours.
During the upgrade, your assets will remain secure. Please wait patiently.
The following functions will remain available during the upgrade:
1. Account operations such as registration, login, KYC, etc., will not be affected.
2. On-chain deposits and withdrawals, asset queries, and fiat trading functions will not be affected.
3. During this upgrade, futures positions will not be automatically closed. However, to ensure the safety of your positions, it is recommended that you either close your positions in advance or add more margin before the upgrade to avoid the risk of forced liquidation.
The scope of impact of this upgrade includes:
1. Spot trading is temporarily unavailable. Unfilled spot trading orders will be automatically canceled.
2. Futures trading is temporarily unavailable. Unfilled futures trading orders for opening and closing positions (including take profit and stop loss) will be automatically canceled.
3. During the trading system upgrade, the transfer and margin addition for isolated margin functions may be intermittently disrupted, potentially leading to occasional request timeouts. If a transfer operation encounters an error, you may try performing the action several times. If you have any operational questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
4. During the upgrade, the tiered maintenance margin parameters will be adjusted. Please check the Tiered Maintenance Margin Rate at that time.
Note: The time for this trading system upgrade is an estimate. Once the upgrade is complete, we will immediately publish an announcement to notify you.
