Before using 3EX AI Trading, please ensure that you have fully understood the working principles and risks of futures trading and accept the 3EX "Perpetual FuturesContract Service Agreement".
2.2. The strategies and operations of 3EX AI Trading are controlled by AI algorithms. Users can customize strategies within a certain range but must understand and accept that the results of AI trading may vary due to market fluctuations.
3. About AI Trading
3.1. AI refers to the AI algorithm, which automatically executes trades based on user-defined strategies. Users should cautiously set strategies and understand that AI trading operations may be affected by market volatility.
3.2. Users must bear the risks of AI trading operations, including but not limited to market volatility, insufficient liquidity, system failures, and other factors that may affect trading. The outcome of AI trading depends on market conditions and cannot guarantee a profit.

8. Agreement Termination
8.1. You can choose to terminate this Agreement at any time and stop using 3EX AI Trading.
8.2. 3EX reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to legal requirements, breach of agreement terms, compliance policy conflicts, suspected illegal activities, etc.
9. Reserved Rights
9.1. 3EX reserves the intellectual property rights and ownership of 3EX AI Trading and related services.
9.2. 3EX reserves the right to report cryptocurrencies in unused accounts to the applicable jurisdiction according to legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Severability
10.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
