Forgetting passwords is a common issue on digital asset trading platforms. The platform offers options for users to forget and reset their passwords to ensure that they can easily regain access to their accounts.

 

Here are the instructions on forget and reset passwords on the 3EX trading platform.

 

  1.   Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your 3EX account password, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Open 3EX app，and click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Step 2: On the password reset page, you can choose to recover your password via phone number or email. For email recovery, enter the registered email address，then click [Next].

Step 3: You will receive a message with a verification code. Enter the code and click [Next].

Step 4: Enter the new login password and confirm it, then [Confirm].

Step 5: You will receive a notification: “Change successful. ” Enter your account details and new login password to log in.

2.   Change Password

To change your 3EX account password, follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and enter user center.

Step 2: Click [Security Center] to access the settings.

Step 3: On the Security Center page, edit [Login Password].

Step 4: You will see a popup: “To ensure the security of your assets, withdrawals will be forbidden for 24 hours after changing your password.” Click [Continue].

Step 5: On the “Change Login Password” page, enter your old password and new password, then click [Next].

Step 6: You will receive a notification: “Change successful.” Enter your account details and new login password to log in to your 3EX account.

Note:

1. After changing your login password, withdrawals are prohibited for 24 hours.

2.During the process, ensure that your email address and phone number are linked to your 3EX account. If you are unsure whether they are linked, please contact the 3EX customer service team for assistance.
