How to View Fund Statement (APP)

On the 3EX platform, you can easily check your fund statement.

 

Steps to View Fund Statement:

 

Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and click on [Assets].

Step 2: In the Asset page, select the [Fund Statement] under the relevant account type, such as Futures Account, Spot Account, Fiat Account, or AI Futures Account.

Step 3: View the details.

  • If you choose to check the fund statement for the Futures Account, you can apply filters such as time range, currency, and type (inflows/outflows/funding fees/opening fees). The system will display all records that match the criteria, including transaction time, type, amount, Futures, and currency, allowing you to track changes in your Futures Account assets.
  • If you choose to check the fund statement for the Spot Account, you can filter by deposit records, withdrawal records, other records, and currency. The system will show all records meeting the criteria, including deposit/withdrawal time, currency, amount, confirmation times, fees, status, and operation, so you can monitor changes in your Spot Account assets.
  • If you choose to check the fund statement for the Fiat Account, you can filter by fiat inflows, fiat outflows, and currency. The system will display all records that match the criteria, including time, currency, type, and amount, enabling you to track changes in your Fiat Account assets.
  • If you choose to check the fund statement for the AI Futures Account, you can apply filters as needed. The system will show all records matching the criteria, including time, type, amount, strategy name, and currency, to help you understand changes in your AI Futures Account assets.

 

Please note that fund statement records may experience some delays. If you find the records to be inaccurate, please wait for a while and check again later.
