The 3EX app offers quick login options such as gesture, fingerprint, and face login, enabling you to log in quickly and securely.
Gesture Login: The system will prompt you to create a gesture password. Follow the on-screen instructions to swipe your finger on the screen to set your gesture password and confirm it by setting it again. Once the setup is complete, gesture login will be successfully enabled.
Fingerprint Login: The system will prompt you to register your fingerprint. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your fingerprint on the device’s fingerprint sensor. Once registration is complete, fingerprint login will be successfully enabled.
Face Login: The system will prompt you to register your face. Follow the on-screen instructions to position your face in front of the camera for registration. Once registration is complete, face login will be successfully enabled.
Please follow the steps below to enable your chosen quick login method.
Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and click on the avatar image to enter the user center.
Step 2: Click [Security Center] to access the settings.
Step 3: On the Security Center settings page, you will see quick login options such as gesture login, fingerprint login, or face login. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your preferred method.
Note: The available login methods may vary depending on your iOS or Android version. Please refer to the options displayed on the page.
Note:
• Ensure that your device meets the hardware and software requirements for gesture login or face recognition.
• It is recommended to set up additional security measures, such as enabling 2FA, after enabling gesture login or face login.
• You can only select one quick login option.
• To modify or disable a quick login method, you must first disable the currently enabled quick login option and enter your password for security verification. To enable a new quick login method, you will need to enter both your login password and Google verification code (if enabled) for security verification.
