1.Risk control
When your account triggers the 3EX platform risk control mechanism, some or all account functions will be restricted.
Scenarios that trigger risk control include:
• Withdrawals are not allowed within 24 hours after changing login passwords or other security settings; restrictions will be automatically lifted after 24 hours;
• If the platform's daily order cancellation limit is exceeded, the purchase function will be restricted for 15 minutes to 24 hours;
• Triggering anti-money laundering risk control, some account functions will be restricted. 3EX platform review specialists will contact you as soon as possible; please provide relevant information for the review. Once the review is complete, restrictions will be lifted, which takes about 1-3 working days;
• If profits are incorrectly obtained due to order disputes, the corresponding functions will be restricted. Please negotiate with the trading counterparty or contact customer service for resolution. Once the dispute is resolved, the restrictions will be lifted.
2.Judicial restrictions
To create a regulated and secure trading environment, the 3EX platform must comply with judicial requirements from various countries. Upon receiving a freeze notice from judicial authorities, the 3EX platform will freeze some or all functions and assets of your account as required.
3.Order requirements
After issuing limit orders, advanced limit orders, take-profit and stop-loss orders on the 3EX platform, the corresponding assets will be frozen.
To cancel an order, please find the relevant order in the current delegation and cancel it. After cancellation, the frozen assets will be released.
In addition to the main reasons mentioned above, the 3EX platform may also take fund freezing measures based on regulatory requirements, security considerations, and other factors.
