Transferring funds on the 3EX platform allows you to move funds between different accounts under the same UID. Users do not need to pay transaction fees, and the funds will be credited immediately. The following are the steps to transfer funds:
Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and click on [Assets] in the top right navigation bar.
Step 2: On the Asset page, you can manage transfers between the Spot Account, Futures Account, Fiat Account, and AI Futures Account. For example, to transfer funds between the Spot Account and Futures Account, select [Spot Account], then click the [Transfer] button in the asset overview at the top of the page, or select the relevant cryptocurrency from the fund list and click [Transfer].
Step 3: In the fund transfer pop-up, select the currency, specify the amount, and choose the in and out account, then click [Confirm]. Please ensure that the transfer amount does not exceed the available balance.
Step 4: Transfer complete. You can go to the destination account to verify the amount has been credited.
Transferring currency from the Futures Account, AI Futures Account, or Fiat Account to other accounts follows similar steps.
Additionally, users can perform quick transfers using the [Transfer] shortcut button on the Spot Trading or Futures Trading pages.
