Here are the instructions on forget and reset passwords on the 3EX trading platform.
1. Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your 3EX account password, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the 3EX website at https://www.3ex.com/or https://www.3ex.global/， and click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Step 2: On the password reset page, you can choose to recover your password via phone number or email. For email recovery, enter the registered email address and click “Get Verification Code.” You will receive a message with a verification code. Enter the code along with your Google verification code, then click [Next].
Step 3: After successful verification, enter and confirm the new login password, then click [Submit].
Step 4: You will receive a notification: “Password is reset successfully. Please login” Enter your account details and new login password to log in.
2. Change Password
To change your 3EX account password, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and click on the avatar image to access the user center.
Step 2: On the user center page, click [Change] under the Security Settings section.
Step 3: On the “Change Login Password” page, enter your old password, new password, confirm the new password, and provide the Google verification code. Click [Change].
Step 4: You will receive a notification: “Password is reset successfully. Please login” Enter your account details and new login password to log in.
Note:
1. After changing your login password, withdrawals are prohibited for 24 hours.
2.During the process, ensure that your email address and phone number are linked to your 3EX account. If you are unsure whether they are linked, please contact the 3EX customer service team for assistance.
