3EX supports deposits of various cryptocurrencies.
Here are the steps for depositing cryptocurrency:
Step 1: Log in to your 3EX account and click on [Assets] in the top right.
Step 2: On the Asset page, select [Spot Account], then click the [Deposit] button in the asset overview at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can select the corresponding cryptocurrency from the fund list and click [Deposit].
Step 3: On the deposit page, confirm the deposit cryptocurrency and select the chain. You will see a unique deposit address and QR code. Additionally, you can select other cryptocurrencies from the dropdown menu to switch and deposit.
For some special cryptocurrencies, such as XRP, the deposit operation requires entering a tag (Memo). The tag (Memo) is a unique numeric string that ensures your deposit address appears in pairs and corresponds one-to-one. Please follow the correct deposit steps and enter complete information to avoid potential asset loss.
Step 4: In your cryptocurrency wallet, copy the deposit address above or scan the QR code and enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. Please do not deposit any assets that are not cryptocurrency, as these assets cannot be found.
Step 5: After confirming the information, complete the deposit operation. Typically, deposits require some confirmation time, depending on the blockchain network.
Additionally, users can access the deposit page shown in Step 3 by using the [Deposit] shortcut button on the spot trading page to make a deposit.
After the deposit arrives, you can trade or withdraw your assets on the 3EX cryptocurrency trading platform. Your recent deposit records will be displayed at the bottom of the deposit page.
When depositing cryptocurrency, please notice:
1. Choose the Correct Chain
Different cryptocurrencies have different chain names or nets, such as ERC20, TRC20, OMNI, etc. Users need to select the correct chain name to avoid deposit failures or asset loss.
• ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network; the deposit address is an ETH address, and deposits and withdrawals are processed through the ETH network.
• TRC20 refers to the TRON network; the deposit address is a TRON address, and deposits and withdrawals are processed through the TRON network.
• OMNI refers to the Bitcoin network; the deposit address is a BTC address, and deposits and withdrawals are processed through the BTC network.
2. Enter the Correct Deposit Address
Users need to ensure the deposit address is correct to avoid asset loss.
3. Confirm Currency and Amount
When depositing cryptocurrency, users should ensure that the currency type and deposit amount are correct to avoid asset loss due to entry errors.
4. Minimum Deposit Amount and Block Confirmations
Different currencies have different minimum deposit amounts and required block confirmations. You can check the details on the corresponding currency deposit page. Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited and cannot be refunded; the required block confirmations refer to the number of confirmations needed after depositing to the address before the funds are credited.
5. Tag (Memo) Required
For special currencies that require a tag (Memo), make sure to enter the complete information to ensure proper crediting of assets; otherwise, it may result in asset loss.
