What is spot trading?

Spot trading refers to directly exchanging one cryptocurrency (A) for another cryptocurrency (B) based on the market conditions and set prices. No fiat currency is involved in the process.

What are the types of spot trading orders?

The 3EX platform supports two types of spot trading orders: market orders and limit orders. Market orders are executed immediately at the current market price, while limit orders are executed at a specified price. If you want to buy or sell cryptocurrency immediately at the current market price, you can choose a market order. If you want to buy or sell cryptocurrency at a specific price, you can choose a limit order.

How to conduct spot trading on 3EX platform?

Before conducting spot trading, ensure that your spot account has sufficient funds to avoid transaction failures.

On the spot account page, you can view the asset balances of your various cryptocurrencies.

Confirm whether the asset balance of the cryptocurrency you want to trade is sufficient. If you need to deposit funds, select the "Deposit" option and complete the deposit operation according to the prompts.

After confirming that there are sufficient funds, you can start spot trading.
